Due to the nature of our official pageant products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the purchase has been completed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

If the product has a defect or does not match the order, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item so we can review the case.

Products must be unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
